set of saddle carpets

Very rare set of carpets, small for saddle carpets and with a very unusual design. These were most probably used as saddle carpets for a young incarnation (tulku).

As there is no comparable material available in Western collections or publications, I am completely dependent on information from Tibetan monks, who gave me the information on these enigmatic small carpets!
